The house has seven rooms on three floors with altogether 2500 square ft. floor space well sufficient for 8 people. It is heated with gas. The distance to the next neighbour is ½ mile. The ground floor features a large, fully equipped modern kitchen (400 square ft.) with a gas-fired cooking place in the centre of the room, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. One large living room divided by the staircase to the upper floors. Satellite-TV and a radio with DVD/CD player is available in the living room. Both kitchen and living room are equipped with a fireplace. The floor is made of traditional Marchegianian Terracotta. A separate room on the ground floor accommodates the washing machine and an extra bathroom with shower.
Four comfortable double-bedrooms with bathroom en suite are located on the first and second floors. Bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs or showers, sink, toilet and bidet. The decoration has been carefully chosen to match style and traditions of the region. Bedroom floors feature parquet. Doors and windows are made of wood.
If required an additional bed can be placed on the large balcony above the kitchen. A bed for small children up to 4 years can be available upon request without surcharge. Pets are permitted upon request.
The house has a large terrace under a roof by the kitchen and a 18,000 sft. garden around the house. The garden is equipped with furniture, such as table, chairs, sun chairs and umbrella.
